As part of our new weight loss program to prepare you for a way of life. You will participate in a 10-week program.

That program will include:

1) 10 weekly meetings:
     Nutritional consultation and motivation
     Weight check
     Measurements

2) Body fat tests: 1 at the beginning of the 10 weeks and 1 at the conclusion of the program

3) Personal Training: You will work out 2 times a week (20 sessions) with a personal trainer: You will learn how to incorporate weight training into your fitness regiment. When you have lean body mass your body gains many benefits. The body burns more calories at rest, improves its ability to extract oxygen from the blood, and increases bone density, which among other things helps prevent osteoporosis. (We have male & female trainers available)

4) Cardio Vascular Training: You will learn how cardio vascular training will not only assist in your weight loss but improve your health and well being.

5) Nutritional plan: will include meal exchange list and daily food log sheets to track meals/calories/carbohydrates & protein intake for the 10 weeks

Total Cost for the complete 10-week program:
MEMBERS: $499 (Note: must have an active health club membership in place)

How it Breaks Down:
$18.45 per training Session - (Normally $25 per session-$500) $131 SAVINGS
$30: Body fat test $15 each
